Counting production line
The line consists of bottle unscrambler, counting machine(plate type counting machine or electronic counting machine), plugging drier machine (or plugging paper machine), capping machine, Aluminum foil sealing machine and labeling machine.
The effect of the bottle unscrambler is that it organize the disorderly bottle and make the mouth of bottles upward by the turntable.
Then the bottles will be transported to plate type counting machine or electronic counting machine. The plate type counting machine adopts oscillation count. The mold plate is made according to the counting tablet or capsule. Electric counting machine depends on the photoelectric sensor.
Plugging drier or paper machine insert the drier or paper into the bottles with positioning. When the photoelectric sensor detect bottle, then began to work. The No bottle don't work.
The capping part adopts the way of linear capping or rubbing cover. It depends on the size of cover.
Aluminum foil sealing machine uses the heating way that don't contact, just induce. The principle is that it stimulate the electromagnetic produce high temperature at the surface of the aluminum foil through the cover, in order to seal the bottle. The principle has well air tightness and water tightness. It can protect the contents of the bottle and extend shelf life and has the effects of anti-virus, anti-counterfeiting. The machine is applicable to any non-metallic bottle sealing. The machine has five parts: The electromagnetic induction generators, cooling water circulation system, sealing inductance coil, lift adjuster and conveyor belt.
