This garbage truck is fully enclosed special device for garbage collection and transportation and be of high efficiency and easy operation. And they are mainly used in city sanitation & household wastes disposal. Garbage collected inside the carriage will be compressed and discharged automatically, sewage during compression and transportation will be collected by drain tank under the bottom, thus there will be no leakage and scatter. And secondary pollution is settled.

Chassis parameters The truck is equipped with high-performance SC28R125Q5A series engine which can meet the national IV and national V emission standards. The fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is reduced by 4L, and the power coverage is 101~143Ps.  lBOSCH is a high-pressure common rail system customized for the R series, 1600 bar fuel injection pressure; Precisely controlled multiple injections and vertically arranged oil injectors reaized uniform atomization and complete combustion.

Safe driving

1. With solid frame type crossbar through-type riveted structure the sectional dimersion of frame longeron is of 170 * 65 * 5 mm, which is 0.5mm thicker compared to other similar models and so this truck has a better loading and higher security.


2. For service brake, dual-circuit hydraulic braking with vacuum servo is adopted. The drum diameter of drum brake is increased to 20 mm. Width of brake shoe increased to 75mm, master cylinder of brake increased to 31.75 and wheel cylinder of brake increased to 30.16. This truck is easy to operate, responsive and reliable. Exhaust brake is installed to further ensure safety.



3. For parking brake, central drum type is adopted, which is safe and reliable.

2. Automated operation: System was controlled by computer, only one driver can manage the entire process for filling& discharging, there are 2 choices for operation mode: automatic& semi-automatic, it can not only reduce the labor intensity but also improve working environment.

3. Dual insurance system: the operation system is with double functions of computer control and manual operation, which can improve the utilization of  trucks.

4. Reversal unit: the Reversal unit is optional with rear-hanging bucket or refuse hopper ; which makes the garbage-dumping more easier and relaxing.

5. High compression ratio and large loading capacity;Pushing board with 3 section hydraulic cylinders is installed inside the tank, which can compress or push out the garbage already loaded. And its loading capacity is almost 2.5 times of those normal garbage trucks.


6. Sealing property: The whole truck is hermetically sealed, self-compressed&  self -dumped, the sewage totally flow into drain tank during pressing, which guarantees zero-garbage & zero-water leakage during shipment. By this way, the secondary pollution problems can be solved thoroughly.
