This machine is mainly used to produce PVC waterstop, PVC sealing profiles, PVC soft profiles. This PVC waterstop production line adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of PVC material, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.

Components of PVC waterstop production line

A. Conical twin screw extruder for powder/Single screw extruder for granules: 
Using the high efficient conical twin screws, specially designed for PVC power to ensure uniformed plasticization, high extrusion. Stable temperature controlling system can guarantee high quality pipe extrusion. 

B. Extrusion Mould: 
Spiral type die head will ensure high speed extrusion and avoid the thermal decomposition of amorphous plastics and get high quality PVC soft profiles. There is heating control system inside of the mould, high efficient, easy to extrude. Bronze calibrators can make the PVC profiles fast calibrated and cooled. 

C. Spraying and cooling tank: 
Rapid calibrating system allows the hot extruded PVC waterstop to be cooled in a very short time and obtain the final size. Automatic temperature control system, pressure regulator, and vacuum control valve greatly enhance the sizing and cooling performance as well as the production speed. 

D. Haul off machine: 
Adopts caterpillar type suitable for different sizes of pipes. Haul off caterpillar blocks are made of abrasion resistant rubber material, which can make a high and stable hauling speed. 

E. Cutting machine: 
Precision machine cutter is able to make flat, straight cuts at high speed. A powerful suction device gathers up waste scraps after cutting, thereby making it easier for users to clean the cutter.

Calcium Carbide

Calcium Carbide, also known as Carbide Calcium, is a chemical Inorganic Product with the chemical formula of CaC2. Its main use industrially is in the production of acetylene and calcium cyanamide.

The pure material is colorless, however pieces of Pvc Resin technical-grade calcium carbide are grey or brown and consist of about 80–85% of Calcium Carbide 50-80mm (the rest is CaO (calcium oxide), Ca3P2 (calcium phosphide), CaS (calcium sulfide), Ca3N2 (calcium nitride), SiC (silicon carbide), etc.). In the presence of trace moisture, technical-grade calcium carbide emits an unpleasant odor Calcium Carbide 70-100reminiscent of garlic.

Applications of calcium carbide include manufacture of acetylene gas, and for generation of Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate acetylene in carbide lamps; manufacture of chemicals for fertilizer; and in steelmaking.

Calcium Carbide Price 100kg is sometimes used as source of acetylene gas, which is a ripening agent similar to ethylene.However, this is illegal in some countries as, in the production of acetylene from Calcium Carbide South Africa, contamination often leads to trace production of phosphine and arsine.These impurities can be removed by passing the acetylene gas through acidified copper sulfate solution, but, in developing countries, this precaution is often neglected.
