Ventilation equipment, the role of facilities and related safety regulations
(1) Main ventilation equipment and related regulations of the mine
The mine must be mechanically ventilated.
1. Relevant regulations for the installation and use of main fans
(1) Must be installed on the ground.
(2) Continuous operation must be guaranteed.
(3) Two sets of main ventilator units of the same capacity must be installed, one of which is reserved and the standby ventilator must be able to start within 10 minutes.
(4) It is strictly forbidden to use local ventilator or fan group as the main ventilator.
(5) It is strictly forbidden to use the main ventilation room for other purposes.
2. Provisions for installation and use of local fans and ducts
(1) The local ventilator must be managed by the designated personnel.
(2) Press-in local ventilator and starting device must be installed in the air inlet roadway, and the return air inlet of the roadway should not be less than 10 meters.
(3) Antistatic and flame retardant air cylinders must be used.
(4) The local ventilator of the excavation working face shall be powered by three special locks.
(5) It is strictly forbidden to use more than 3 (including 3) local ventilators to supply air to one boring work surface at the same time. Do not use a local ventilator to supply air to the excavation face of two operations at the same time.
(6) The excavation working face that uses local fan ventilation shall not stop the wind; when the wind is stopped, the personnel must be evacuated and the power supply must be cut off. Gas must be checked before ventilation is restored. Only when the gas concentration in the airflow within 10 meters of the local ventilator and its switch does not exceed 0.5c/o and the maximum gas concentration in the air-stop zone does not exceed 1%, and the maximum carbon dioxide concentration does not exceed 1.5%, the local ventilator can be manually turned on. .
(2) Main ventilation facilities in the mine
Common ventilation facilities at coal mines have damper, air bridges, wind wall and so on.
(1) The damper. In the roadway with dampers, there must be at least two dampers, the spacing should be greater than the length of the transport equipment, and it is strictly forbidden to open the two dampers at the same time.
(2) Wind bridge. The facility that is set at the intersection of the incoming and returning winds to make the incoming and returning winds not mix with each other is called the wind bridge.
(3) Windshield wall (closed). It is set up in a roadway that needs to block the wind flow and does not need to pass through the pedestrians. It is called a windshield wall or a closed wall.
