Talking about the test of MNC-CXZ300 CNC machine tool
In order to test the application of the interpolation buffer in the CNC machining system, the following experiments were carried out.
The experiment was carried out on the MNC-CXZ300 CNC multi-function machine. The closed-loop detection component used in the experiment was a common metal grating with a detection resolution of 0.001 mm and a pulse equivalent of 0.01 mm for the Z-direction motor. The scale is mounted on the Z-axis and the system reads the data through the detection control card associated with the scale.
The system software adopts the front-end background control method in the multi-task parallel processing technology. The position control module uses the timer interrupt drive operation, the interpolation module runs in the loop control mode, and the error detection module is driven by the hardware interrupt of the closed-loop control card. The numerical control system uses the PII300 general-purpose microcomputer as the control core, and the interpolation buffer length is 200.
The experiment compensated the error compensation at high speed (1500mm/min, 2500mm/min), medium speed (300mm/min, 720mm/min) and low speed (18mm/min, 60mm/min).
By analyzing the measured data, we can know that the error after compensation is between 0.010.03mm, which is 12 times smaller than the error of 0.025-0.05mm without feedback compensation, and the effect is obvious at high speed, and the effect is poor at low speed. This is mainly due to the low precision of the machine itself.
