Successful transformation of the two-way chain bucket unloading machine of Chinalco Shandong Branch

They put forward the bold idea of ​​using the 16-seat scrap one-way unloading chain bucket unloading machine to migrate and refit. After the feasibility test, the Ministry of Transportation organized a train, a 50-ton crane, two ZL50 loaders and other equipment, and the 16-unit waste dump truck was dismantled and transferred to 14 shares.
The new conveyor is 1 meter longer than the original (19 meters long), moved 360mm in the original position, and the lower roller frame moves down 260mm, and the platform is installed on both sides to increase the inclination of the receiving plate above the conveyor belt. It is automatically adjusted by adding four 6135 engine valve springs. After the transformation of the bucket unloading machine, the amount of leakage is reduced, the receiving area, safety factor and unloading amount are increased, and the maintenance strength is reduced, and the operation is more convenient.
After practical application, the technical transformation unloading machine has achieved success and the operation effect is good. This technology was changed to Chinalco Shandong Branch to achieve a comprehensive benefit of 1.63 million yuan.
