After two months of trial operation, the flexibility of the production line of the Dongfeng Dana Axle Shiyan Plant's Min-2 workshop has been improved. At present, three types of axles of 5 tons, 8 tons and 9 tons can be produced at the same time. Three production platforms Can produce more than 200 varieties of axles.

In the past two years, with the adjustment of the product structure of commercial vehicles, the production capacity of the 8 ton and 9 ton heavy-duty axle production lines has been insufficient, while the production of the 5 ton neutral axle production line has not been saturated. In response to this, the workshop re-arranged two production line equipment through scientific and rational argumentation, adjusted special equipment, reconstructed general-purpose equipment, and merged two production lines into one production line. With the increase in flexibility of the combined production line, the number of workers required has been reduced by 15%, energy consumption has been reduced by 8%, and the production capacity has been increased from 70/class to 90/class. From 75% to 98%, efficiency has increased by nearly 33%.
