两段磨矿工艺在铅锌矿选矿中的应用详解

一、矿石性质

原矿属于复杂多金属硫化矿石，金属矿物以黄铁矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿和银矿物为主，其次有少量黄铜矿、磁铁矿，非金属矿物以方解石、白云石为主，其次有透闪石、长石、绿泥石等。原矿品位较低，铜0.02～0.2%、铅1.3～1.5%、锌1.4～1.6%、硫4～9%、银150～250(克/吨)。矿石为浸染状和致密块状，金属矿物紧密共生，互相包裹。部分金属矿物呈星点状分布于脉石中。在磨矿细度-200目62%时，铅矿物单体解离度61.78%，锌矿物单体解离度62.70%。

二、两段磨矿工艺的应用

在改进后的选矿工艺流程中，磨矿工艺变为两段磨矿工艺，浮选流程仍采用原生产流程，具体如下：

1、磨矿工艺

一段磨机采用Φ2.8×2.3米一台和Φ2.4×2.5米一台，分级机为Φ1.2米双螺旋分级机，一段分级溢流经旋流器检查分级，溢流给浮选，沉砂给二段磨机，其规格Φ2.4×3.0米。

2、浮选流程

原矿首先进人铜铅混选作业，经过一次粗选、四次精选、三次扫选，得到铜铅混合精矿。该循环抑制剂使用硫酸锌8O0(克/吨)、氰化钠3(克/吨)、亚硫酸30(公斤/吨)，捕收剂用31号黑药90(克/吨)，石灰调pH为7～7.5。铜铅分离采用亚硫酸加温法，抑铅浮铜，铜铅混精经活性炭脱药、加亚硫酸10(公斤/吨)，加温45～60℃，捕收剂用ONSO-234。铜铅混选尾矿加硫酸铜180(克/吨)、黄药100(克/吨)选出锌硫混合精矿，经中矿再磨后，进人锌硫分离循环，其流程为一次粗选、三次精选、两次扫选，加入活化剂硫酸铜50(克/吨)、丁基黄药80(克/吨)，石灰调节pH=11。

三、选矿对比效果

对比两段磨矿工艺和一段磨矿工艺最终的选矿效果可知，由于两段磨矿工艺提高了磨矿细度，通过磨矿考察-200目由一段磨矿的65%提高到80%，铅矿物单体解离度70.3%，提高了8.52%，锌矿物单体解离度81.11%，提高了18.41%。
