Not long ago, the project passed the environmental protection acceptance of the relevant departments.

The scope of acceptance of the Environmental Protection Acceptance Conference includes waste gas treatment and wastewater treatment projects related to waste gas treatment.

It is reported that the 101 mixing workshops in the 20 million radial tire projects of rubber will be extended, and a total of 9 production lines will be set up.

However, the exhaust emissions of these production lines cannot meet the standard limit requirements of the Odor Pollutant Emission Standard.

To this end, the rubber is extended to the mixing workshop to carry out the rubber waste gas treatment project.

The actual investment of the entire project was 7.51 million yuan.

It is understood that the company has added 23 sets of exhaust gas treatment equipment based on the original waste gas treatment facilities.

At the same time, it also modified the unloading port of the parenting line, the gas collecting hood of the open mill, and the detailed inspection of the original exhaust system piping.

This project has greatly reduced the emissions of this tire manufacturer.

The acceptance monitoring results of the Environmental Protection Acceptance Conference showed that the emission concentration and odor concentration of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, toluene and xylene were all up to standard in the rubber mixing workshop under the production load of 85%-90%.
