Samsung pushes concept smart bike
While other OEMs are expanding their ambitions into the streets through cars, Samsung has embarked on a very different path. According to Slash Gear, a technology information website, on June 15th, in order to make users safer, Samsung recently introduced a concept smart bicycle. Similar to other products, this bike will also support the user's smartphone.
This smart bike is equipped with a laser transmitter that can be projected on the road to project a virtual bicycle lane around the user. This idea not only reminds others of the location of the user, but also creates a space for the user to ride. The magnetic sensor is mounted on the handlebar, and the user can place the Samsung smart phone here.
The built-in Arduino module allows the bike to be connected to a smartphone. It can record distances, track people nearby, and even share it on social platforms.
