The converted continuous microwave vacuum drying equipment and hot air microwave vacuum combined drying complete sets of equipment are the energy saving, environmental protection, efficient and safe drying equipments that are urgently needed by domestic enterprises, and represent a revolutionary breakthrough in traditional hot air drying technologies and equipment. Its dry product quality is between hot air and freeze-drying, but it greatly reduces energy consumption, brings significant benefits to dry processing companies, and adapts to the needs of the dry processing industry of fruits and vegetables and other agricultural products. The demonstration production line of the project is designed to produce 200 tons of dehydrated fruits and vegetables annually and has signed a cooperation agreement for sales income of 1.05 million yuan.
The implementation and promotion of the project will boost the technical level of drying technical equipment and fruit and vegetable processing industry in China.
