The construction of ballastless track is the most crucial link in the construction of the entire passenger dedicated line project, and the quality of the project directly affects the stationarity and safety of the passenger car. The Datong-Xi'an Railway Passenger Dedicated Line adopts a CRTS-I double-block ballastless track structure. The base plate of the bridge section adopts a reinforced concrete structure. The track bed plate is cast in place using cast-in-place concrete. The construction process is complex and the technical requirements are high. In particular, the accuracy requirements are extremely high, the allowable error is in millimeters, and the construction is extremely difficult.
The first section of the 15th Bureau of the 15th Bureau of China Railways Corporation, responsible for the construction of the bridge section of the bridge, has a total length of 14.4 kilometers (single strand) of the ballastless track, requiring the processing and installation of 2100 tons of reinforced steel and the pouring of 18,000 cubic meters of C40 concrete. In order to do a good job of construction, the project department has taken a number of measures: First, to strengthen ideological and political work and give full play to the vanguard role of party members. Second, the establishment of a professional shelf team led by the project deputy manager is responsible for the construction of the ballastless track; Third, the main project team leader lump sum, in-depth first-line rigging operations; Fourth, technical staff to follow the class, the implementation of the entire process of guidance, monitoring; Fifth, carry out labor competitions, reward good and bad, and mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties.
At present, the project team has a total of three operating teams that are conducting concentrated assaults on the remaining ballastless track. It is expected that all the ballastless track construction tasks will be completed early next month.
Datong-Xi'an Railway Passenger Dedicated Line Project started construction in March 2010 and is scheduled to be completed and opened to traffic in 2014. After the operation, the running time of passenger trains from Datong to Xi’an will be compressed from more than 16 hours to more than 3 hours. The pre-war construction section 5 was built by the China Railway 15th Bureau Group, with a total length of 49.582 kilometers.
