Chaochai exports over 10,000 units for three consecutive years

In 2007, Dongfeng Chaochai’s cumulative export of engines reached 13,000 units, an increase of nearly 12% year-on-year. This is the first time that Chaochai’s exports have exceeded 10,000 units since 2005. For the first time in a row, Chaochai’s exports have been the leading position in the domestic industry for three years.
To open up overseas markets and serve more and more overseas Chaochao customers is an important part of Chaochao's business strategy. Chaochao Machine Co., Ltd. is not only supporting more than 100 automobile manufacturers in Dongfeng, Jiangqi, Futian, Nanjing Iveco, etc., and has more than 1.4 million domestic social possessions; it also exports vehicles to Iran, Russia, Malaysia, Colombia, Vietnam, etc. More than 40 countries and regions currently have more than 50,000 overseas markets. The export volume of DPRK diesel engines has also been increasing year by year. In some local markets, bulk shipments have already been formed, of which Vietnam is an important overseas market for DPRK Diesel. At the end of 2007, the Dongfeng Chaochai Company's 2008 business work conference was successfully held in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. Senior officials from Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Commerce, and Deputy Minister of Communications attended the meeting personally. This is another result of the development of Chaochai's overseas market.
In 2007, Dongfeng Chaochai established an overseas business division, which divided overseas markets into major regions such as Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, South America, the Middle East, and North Africa, and established four offices in Algeria, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, and Colombia. The overseas business representatives and technical service personnel were stationed respectively, responsible for the construction of the service system, parts supply system, and sales system in the regional market, thereby stimulating overseas sales.
