Shandong Three Chemical Projects Include in the National Energy Conservation Technology Reform Plan
China Drying Network News Three chemical projects in Dongying City, Shandong Province were recently listed as the first batch of national energy-saving technological transformation financial incentive projects in 2012. The total investment of the three projects is 180 million yuan, which can be completed by the end of 2012.
These projects have been audited by the national third-party energy-saving assessment agency. After the completion of production, 98,000 tons of standard coal can be saved annually. The state will provide a one-time reward of 240 yuan per ton of standard coal for the annual energy savings realized after the completion of the energy-saving technological transformation projects in the eastern region, and it is estimated to be 23 million yuan. The implementation of the project will play a positive role in promoting the in-depth development of energy conservation and emission reduction in Dongying City, implementing the two yellow and blue national strategies, and building a model city for ecological civilization. These three projects include: Shandong Wantong Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd.'s refinery waste gas waste heat utilization project, Dongying Haikeruilin Chemical Co., Ltd.'s dry gas recycling energy-saving renovation project, Dongying Yatong Petrochemical Co., Ltd. 800,000 Ton / year catalytic cracking torch release air recovery hydrogen project.
