Phosphate compound fertilizer production and sales will be held in Harbin

The “2006 China Phosphate Compound Fertilizer Production and Sales Association†organized by China National Phosphate Fertilizer Industry Association and China Agricultural Production Information Circulation Association was held in Harbin on December 7th. Nearly 200 companies from the domestic and foreign phosphorus compound fertilizer production and distribution industries participated.
Officials of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Finance and the General Administration of Industry and Commerce, as well as relevant experts and scholars met and conducted extensive exchanges and discussions on current industry issues. Li Yongwu, president of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association, addressed the meeting and delivered a speech.
The highlight of the conference was that it had attracted foreign fertilizer production and distribution companies on the same stage for the first time, such as the Russian Akon company and Finland’s Kemira company.
