Fengchang Company successfully produced hot oil boiler body for the first time

Due to the long-term use, the two Shenhuo boilers repaired at the Shanhaiguan Shipyard have been deformed and the oil leakage is serious and cannot be used any more. Fengchang Company received a commission to overhaul the furnace body, focusing on the replacement of the new hot oil boiler to heat the furnace body.
The outer diameter of the furnace is nearly 2 meters in diameter and 3 meters high. It is coiled into a closed spring shape with a φ60×5 boiler steel tube, and a small circle is formed in the outer ring sleeve to form a comprehensive heating body. This kind of boiler Fengchang has not been done in the past, the process is unfamiliar, the equipment is not matched, and the construction is very difficult. The employees and engineering and technical personnel of Fengchang Company made bold innovations. After many experiments, they mastered the flaws of coiled large-diameter steel pipes, and after many adjustments, the cylinders were accurately positioned by traditional methods. After ten days and nights efforts, two tall hot oil boilers were successfully manufactured and shipped to Shanhaiguan Shipyard. The employees of Fengchang then rushed from Shanghai to Shanhaiguan to disassemble and debug the boiler. At present, the project has ended and the ship has sailed smoothly. Fengchang has set a new milestone in the overhaul of hot oil boilers.
