Jiangxi Guixi Fertilizer Co., Ltd. independently developed a one-step one-step neutralization-drum granulation process to produce particulate monoammonium phosphate technology, which has recently completed a six-month trial run, using this technology to produce particulate 56,600 tons of monoammonium phosphate. Sales revenue is 156 million yuan.
Jiangxi Guihua has the first set of domestically produced ammonium phosphate devices with an annual output of 240,000 tons. Since the plant was put into operation, Jiangxi Guihua has continuously increased scientific and technological innovation, introduced advanced French tubular reactors, boldly adopted a series process of a tank reactor and a tubular reactor, and successfully produced 58% of diammonium phosphate. The tank-tube reactor is a new process for the production of diammonium phosphate.
