1.Converts either a variety of plastic Pellets (ABS and PLA tested only) to either 1.75mm or 3mm filament (Both dies included)
2.Extrudes at 200-240 Celsius through the hot end, constructed of copper and high quality aluminum for proper heat dissipatio
3.Filament spools on floor (on or in a box) for continuous operation (this unit is tried and tested for multiple 48 hour runs, with no problems in the final stages, and will run for days with no supervision with a hopper extension)
4.Filament tolerances 1.70mm (+/-0.05mm), 2.95mm (+/-0.05mm)
5.Fully assembled and ready to make filament right out of the box (not a kit)

2.Applicable Scope:
Used for continuous automatic quantitative packing of such as plastic granules, wheat, corn, rice, malt, oil plants, seed, chemical fertilizer, feedstock , bean residue and so on.
