4. Φ7mm, φ7.94mm, φ9.52mm ,φ12.75mm, φ15.88 of tube O.D. available
5. Customized service is available according to customer's drawings to meet end user's specified requirements.
6. Materials of fin and tube per customer's need, it could be aluminum, copper or stainless steel
7. Leak  test: 2.5Mpa water test
8. Producing process: tube bend, press fins, expand tube, welding, leak test, dry, inspect, pack.

L/LL/KL Finned tube is a tube with small finned fins around its outer surface. L/LL/KL fin tube fins act as a filter and a mechanism for transferring heat from the material inside the tube to or from the outer space. Finned tubes are used in applications where heat is transferred from a hot fluid to a cooler fluid through the wall of the tube. The rate at which this heat transfer occurs depends on three factors:

The difference in temperature between the two fluids.

The coefficient of heat transfer between each fluid and the wall.
