Y83W-2000 Horizontal Scraps Metal Briquetting Pressing Machine

Application:

Briquetting Machine is applied in steel mills, foundries, recycling plants, ferrous & non ferrous smelting industry to press scrap metal chips (max. length 40mm) into high density briquettes (iron casting : 5.5ton/m3 HT 200 standard ).
Briquetting Machine is suitable for cast iron powder, crushed steel turnings, aluminum swarf, copper milling chips, all sorts of metal sawdust, particles, chips & fins, and metal cans shredded to small pieces.

Eg: iron castings
Survey among customers,casting plant usually put 50% of iron cast briquettes and pig iron
mixed into furnace, briquettes can save the cost 500CNY/TON (83.3USD/TON);
If totally adopt cast iron briquette as pig iron, then it can save costs about 800 CNY/TON (133.3USD/TON)
