The project is located on the north side of the Fuzhou No.6 Fusha Railway in Fuzhou, north of the Jinan River on the west side of the Hot Spring Park, on the north side of Degui Road, on the north side of the Guoyuan Road, on the north side of the former No.2 Switch Plant and the surrounding land. It is a residential development with a total floor area. 224,382 square meters, including: residential buildings, underground parking, and other supporting facilities.

The total investment of the project is 300 million yuan.
