We successfully developed PC tube/ profile extrusion line that features of good plasticization,

high output capacity, low power consumption and completely solve high viscosity and low fluidity problem.

 

 It includes main extruder, extruding die and calibration system, haul off unit, cutter and stacker.

1 capacity: 10-45kgs/hour;

2 The main extruder speed controlled by imported AC inverter, and temperature control by Japanese;

3. Apply material: PC, PMMA, PS

4. the sharp of product, semi-circle shape , semi-square shape and can be customerized

5 Oversea service, installation, staff trainning and technical support.

Process

Raw material granulator → Drying Machine →  Extruder→ Vacuum Cooling Shape Table →

 Belt type double motor Drawing machine →Cutting Machine → Stacking Rack(final products)
