The Filament Winding Potable Water FRP Pipe takes thermosetting resin as base body, take glass fibre and its products as reinforced material.The process of adding silicon sand will adopts the pheumatic control.In addition ,the high frequency vibrator will be used to densify the silicon sand-adding layer,which can large improve the compactness of the silicon sand-adding layer ,as a result,the ring stiffness of pipe will be also improved effectively and at same time,the phenomenon of dry yarn or no yarn will not exist .The usage of silicon sand-adding device and process can not only improve the quality of pipe a lot but also decrease the cost.
