   Since the fountation of SJMATEK in 2013, we have supplied more than 200 vessels with our tunnel thruster/rudder propeller and CPP, All of them are working well !  all the products can men produed according to the requirements and provide the certificate accordingly, presently , we can offer the certificate like CCS ,ABS ,BV ,LR ,DNV .RS etc 
 There are 2 types of rudder propeller: Fixed Pitch Tunnel Thruster and Controllable
Pitch Tunnel Thruster which are used for the Large tugboat, harbor tug, drilling platform vessel, ocean engineering vessel etc, it has advanatges as follow:
1/ Rudder and thruster in one. Rudder propeller can steer in any direction of 360°above the water level.     Provide all-around thrust.
2/  Three installation: deck/ transom/Well   
3/ The power can be supply by e-motor or Prime mover 
Presently the propeller dia. we can do from 250mm to 3300mm, input power from 20KW to 3500KW.

High Strength Steel Tie Rod

High strength steel tie rod are steel structural members made of carbon structural steel and alloy steel, processed by machining, heat treatment and surface anti-corrosion treatment, supplemented by adjusting sleeves, lock and joints etc. The steel tie rod are important components of steel structures for construction of giant, large span buildings and ship docks. They are mainly used for prestressed parts and large span buildings in construction projects. While the strength of the product is improved, but the plasticity index is not reduced, which satisfies the principle of using the same amount of strength in the architectural design. The tie rods, tie bars, tension rods and tension bars steel grades are specified as grade 460, grade 520, grade 550, grade 650, grade 785, grade 830, grade 930, grade 1080 etc.
