Hengyi Petrochemical Caprolactam Plant Successfully Commissioned and Entered the Pilot Production Stage
Hengyi Petrochemical announced on May 29 that the company’s annual production of 200,000 tons of caprolactam (CPL) project had received the registration certificate from Zhejiang Provincial Work Safety Administration and the approval of Xiaoshan District Environmental Protection Bureau. At present, the caprolactam plant is successfully commissioned and enters the pilot production stage.
It is understood that this project is the world’s largest single-caprolactam caprolactam production project that has been successfully tested so far. It is invested and constructed by Hengyi Petrochemical and Sinopec’s Zhejiang Ba Ling Hengyi Caprolactam Co., Ltd., which holds 50% of its shares. It uses the most advanced of Sinopec, And with domestic intellectual property technology.
