National supervision and inspection results Bearing steel qualification rate 100%

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China announced on the 23rd the results of the national supervision and spot checks of the 26 categories of product quality in 2011, of which the sampling rate of bearing steel products was 100%.

A total of 52 kinds of bearing steel products produced by 26 companies in 8 provinces and municipalities including Hebei, Liaoning, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Sichuan and Qinghai were selected. Including round steel and steel pipe 2 varieties. According to the requirements of GB/T18254-2002 standard for "high carbon chromium bearing steel", the chemical composition of bearing steel products (carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, copper, nickel + copper, oxygen), Mechanical properties (annealing hardness), metallographic examination (low magnification, annealing fractures, non-metallic inclusions, microscopic pores, microstructures, carbide networks, carbide bands, carbide liquefaction, decarburization layer) The three categories of 21 projects were tested.

After inspection, all the 52 types of bearing steel products checked in this round of inspection are qualified, and the sampling pass rate is 100%, which is 6.7 percentage points higher than the previous national product sampling pass rate of sample supervision and inspection, which shows that the overall quality level of bearing steel products has been significantly improved.
