LEMPHY horizontal ribbon blender can be used for the materials mixing production in food, medicine, chemical plastic, dyestuff and cosmetic etc industries to mix solid-solid(powder and powder),solid-liquid(powder and liquid), especially, suit for mixing the material adhesive or containing coherent powder articles and that powder articles material which is added with more liquid(or pasty material) and features a quick mixing speed, a high precision, non-blind mixing area, a great filling coefficient, stable movement, sealed operation, without pollution to the environment, quick and clear discharge without residue, easy to use and maintenance.
Working principle
With the actuation of the directly linked celerator, the rotor moves in a fixed direction and , during its movement ,the horizontal ribbon mixer pushed the material to move along with the axis and, on the other hand, throw the material to the front upper of the helical ribbon. The helical ribbon on the outside layer makes the material always moving towards the center of the barrel while the one on the inside layer makes the material moving towards two ends from the center, thus two cycled ways off lowing are formed with the material, making it fully mixed in the repeated flowing circulation.

Description

1.The thing that sets our corner notchers apart from other sheet metal equipment out there is our patented blade gap adjustment that allows the operator to cut different thickness without any adjustments needed by the operator. This allows our blades to last longer and gives us a nice burr free cut.

2.Our machines shear with the blades in the negative position as well as the positive position. Which one you use is based on which part you want to keep, the finished part pulled from the machine (best is Negative) or the dropped piece (best is Positive). Negative cut allows for less deformation on the finished part. Negative cutting clamps the sheet metal down so there isn't any movement. Positive cutting will want to move the sheet away from the stops allowing for room for error.

3.The stop guides have dove tail grooves in the tail that allows for a tighter more secure guide setting, allowing our machine more accuracy and repeatability.
