When it comes to forging process, our forging engineers are very skilled and experienced, the simple  process for open die forging is :
Ingot→heating→ forging → Heat treatment (Normalizing+ tempering) → Inspection
→rough machining→UT → twice Heat treatment →finishing machining →Inspection
The forging process can create parts that are stronger than those manufactured by any other metalworking process.
