Mold Temperature Control Units(TCU) PID process controller are used to preheat a process to the desired operating temperature by engaging the unit's electric immersion heater and recirculating the oil in the system. Water type TCU circulate high temperature heat transfer fluid through the process application for temperature control.

MPR series TCU is pecially engineered for the temperature control of Rubber & Plastic industry. This series are highly customizable, has special forced cooling function with high-strength cooling capacity.

MPR series TCU offer the temperature range from 15°C to 98 °C, customized heating capacity and voltages are available.

  Pump overload →  Thermal overload relay protect pump from overloading, alarm indication.
  Low water protection →  Level-switch detects the oil level, prevent low water and alarm indication.
  Pressure anomaly →  Automatic stop heating operation when system pressure anomaly.
