(1) ACE-JBG Series Stainless Steel Liquid Mixing Tank is Widely used for biopharmaceutical productive process such as formulating, dissolving, heating, cooling, warm-keeping, cultivating, disinfecting and storage.

(2) Mixing speed reducer should be installed on the top or bottom of the tank according to requirement. Mixing type: Mechanical, magnetic and air mixing systems. Mixing vane type: Anchor type, pusher type, spiral type.

(3) Quick-open manhole of the mixing tank integrated visual mirror and lamp thermometer ( digital display or dial type) liquid level gauge interface (capacity, ultrasonic, differential pressure and glass tube type level gauges are available) air breather interface cleaning interface ( 360 Centigrade Automatically-revolving cleaning machine or double-circulating automatic cleaning machine) feed liquid inlet and outlet, backup port steam inlet and outlet condensed water inlet and outlet.
 
(4) The whole set equipment is made of austenitic stainless steel.The cooling jacket adopts dimple jacket.  The jackets are provided at tank body and conical bottom to effectively increase the cooling speed. Heatexchangeing area of jacket of different proportions can be allocated according to customers' technological requirements (It could be designed).

  1. Conical bottom high shear mixing tank
This kind of high shear mixing tank can beat steam heating type, electric heating type or simply single wall mixing tank with a high shear rotor and stator on the tank top.
  1. Dish end high shear mixing tank
This high shear mixing tank have a dish end. Steam heating and electric heating tanks are all available. In this high shear mixing tank, the high shear mixer usually fixed on the bottom of the tank. For sticky liquid, such as shampoo and cosmetic, buyers usually want us add scraping agitator to the high shear tank in order to improve the mixing efficiency.

Cooling function for steam jacket mixing tank with dish end
Some users need a cooling process after heating. It is depends on your usage of this tank. If you use this tank as a cooling and heating tank, or we call it aging tank (ageing tank), you will need to cool the liquid product after heating process. Steam heating tanks can be cold by cool water or ice water directly. If your mixing tank was heated by electric or gas, you will need to cool the liquid product outside the mixing tank. Obviously most steam jacket mixing tank with dish ends no need cooling process. Also, cooling function is unnecessary in soap mixing process.
