Lab extruder included Single Screw Extruder and twin screw extruder with equipment control system and PLC program control system optional. It has normal size and bench-top size.
The extruder can be applied to the mixing, plasticizing and extrusion of engineering plastics, modified plastics, master batch and other high polymers with the feature of uniformly dispersed, plastics coloring and filling to modify. It can be used in laboratory test, research and development of new products and new formulations, quality control and small-scale production.
The lab extruder is mainly composed of main drive motor, transmission device, extrusion device, hopper, heating and cooling device, electric control system
Maintenance:
1. Keep the cabinet clean.
2. Regularly spray and apply rust preventive oil on chrome plating surface.
3. Regularly add high temperature resistance lube in gear and bearing.
