Features 
The body is made of cast.
The valve seat adopts O-ring seal and applies the preloading floating seat structure, so that the valve inlet and outlet two-way seal; and the structure of the opening and closing torque is only ordinary valve 1/2, can easily open and close the valve.
Seat with a sealing surface inlaid PTFE, PTFE with metal and metal pairs of metal double seal, PTFE sealing surface at the same time remove the role of the gate dirt.
Valve gate, whether fully open or fully closed and consistent with the sealing surface, the sealing surface is protected from direct erosion of the media, thereby extending the service life.
When the valve is fully open, the channel is smooth and straight line, the flow resistance coefficient is very small, no pressure loss, can pass hair ball sweep pipeline.
When the valve is closed, it can automatically remove the cavity pressure (see the working principle diagram), to ensure the use of safety.
The use of closed gear rotation opening and closing instructions, can be a long time to clearly reflect the valve opening and closing situation.
The outer surface of the buried valve is treated with epoxy coal tar pitch and can be used with the pipeline.
